CHERYL MCBRIDE, LCSW
Cheryl has over twenty nine years of clinical experience specializing in helping those struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, eating disorders, and other mental health concerns. She enjoys working with individuals, couples, and families. She loves seeing people realize their true identity and potential, and empowering them to heal and make positive changes in their lives. Her kind and supportive approach encourages those she works with to take personal responsibility during the therapeutic process.
When not assisting others to achieve success, Cheryl enjoys spending time with her four children and husband of 34 years. She is drawn to the beauty of the Heber Valley, enjoying the outdoors, especially in the company of family and friends.
MARCI HEUGLY, CMHC
Marci strongly believes that every individual has inherent value and worth. With this worth comes great ability to overcome difficulties and to find strength to move forward. Marci works to create a safe environment where people can recognize their value and discover new ways to approach their challenges effectively. Marci specializes in working with children, teens, adults, and couples.
Marci is EMDR trained and uses this therapeutic intervention to help people who have experienced trauma, abuse, anxiety, panic, or depression.
Marci has been married for 24 years and has six children. She loves spending time with her family, playing outdoors, and reading good books.
COLLEEN PELLETTE, LCSW
Colleen believes her role on this journey is to help individuals and families understand themselves better, provide support when times are hard, and help clients make change by focusing on areas within their locus of control. Over the years Colleen has worked with many children, individuals, and families from all walks of life, helping them along their journey of self-discovery and healing.
Colleen has additional trainings in:
Parent Child Interactional Therapy, which is ideal for children ages 3-7. Often recommended when parents are experiencing behavioral issues at home; but can also be very helpful for children with anxiety, trauma, ASD, ADHD, and attachment-based needs.
Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, an intervention utilized for children ages 5-18 who have experienced a traumatic event.
Eco-systemic Structural Family Therapy, often utilized when parents would like more support in managing a child’s mental health symptoms or when there is a family crisis that may be impacting the child.
Colleen is married with two children and loves spending time with her family and friends. Colleen is an avid runner, enjoys hiking, skiing, and being out in nature.

JANETTE HALL,
RN, ACMHC
Janette is a Registered Nurse and Associate Clinical Mental Health Counselor (ACMHC) with a passion for holistic well-being. Her diverse experience spans hospitals, teaching roles, a wellness center, a treatment facility for teens, and an adult intensive outpatient program (IOP) focused on mental health and trauma. This breadth of experience provides her with a unique perspective on mental health care.
Janette emphasizes a holistic approach, addressing emotional, physical, and spiritual dimensions to promote overall wellness. She integrates elements of Existential Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Positive Psychology to help clients overcome negative thought patterns, manage emotions, build coping skills, and nurture personal strengths.
She is trained in the Unified Protocol for Transdiagnostic Treatment of Emotional Disorders, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). Janette works with adolescents and adults across the lifespan.
Outside of her professional life, Janette is a wife and mother of five who enjoys reading, hiking, biking, and paddle boarding.
